NOTICE REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010
The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (the “Act “) regulates the processing of personal data in all direct and incidental commercial transactions and it is applicable to Tranquiledge Wellness Sdn Bhd, [202301049609 (1543523-H)] including its affiliates and subsidiaries (“TWS”).
At TWS, we view your privacy as our top priority and we are committed to protect your privacy in accordance with the Act and will comply with all requirements and obligations under the relevant data protection laws including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any regulations made under or to supplement either of the above, relating to the personal information.
This Notice describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share ('process') your information when you use our services ('Services'), such as when you visit our website at https://llayana.com or any website of ours that links to this privacy notice or when your engage with us in other related ways, including any sales, marketing, or events.

This Privacy Notice is issued to all customers, employees and third-party service providers of TWS pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

iii. Payment information: financial data such as debit or credit card information, including the name of cardholder, card number, mailing address, expiry date and other bank account details;
iv. Image and photograph: Recording of your image and photograph for medical records purposes and via CCTV cameras installed at our premises, during any of our events, third party events;
v. Communication : enquiries, complaints and correspondence and other communications with you;

Miscellaneous : website usage and other technical data such as details of your visits to our websites, your use of our website; and the purpose of your visit to our website or the reason you made contact with us. IP address, device type and browser information, or information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies;

We may collect personal data either from you, your authorized representatives, third parties, or any publicly available sources which may include but not limited to the following:-
i. Registration forms, consent forms, purchase forms or any other forms that you or your representative fill in at our premises;
ii. When you contact us in person, by a phone call, whatsapp, email, letter, over the counter and via any other form of communication initiated;
iii. Any surveys, questionnaires, competitions, contests, offers, or promotions done by TWS or via an appointed third party
iv. Any third parties connected with you such as your employer/ potential employer, agents, insurance companies, other healthcare facilities/ providers;
v. Your visit at any of our premises;
vi. Your attendance at any of our events or events organised by third parties;
vii. From our websites where we monitor use of, or interactions with, our websites, any marketing we may send to you, or other email communications sent from or received by us;
viii. Job application and interview;
ix. From your interaction with us via social media or interactive applications including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok etc.; and
x. From such other sources where you have given your consent for the disclosure of personal data relating to you, and/or where otherwise lawfully permitted.
